Sala Kaya is a concert hall and club in Nueva Montaña, at Avenida Nueva Montaña 2G. It holds up to 1,000 people (700 seated) and has 14 private boxes with a view of the stage. The programme mixes club nights and concerts on Fridays and Saturdays: reggaeton parties, techno and house DJs, urban and rap artists. How to Get to Sala Kaya Santander
Sala Kaya is at Av. Nueva Montaña 2G, in the Nueva Montaña area, outside the old-town nightlife zones. Most people get there by taxi or car rather than on foot from the centre, so plan the ride there and back, especially on big nights.
Dress Code & Entry Requirements
Kaya does not publish a dress code or a minimum age on its Santander page. Each event can set its own conditions, so check before you go and bring your ID.
Club nights and concerts in one room
Kaya is not a classic disco: it is a concert hall that turns into a club. Past programming covers techno, house, urban music, rap and trap, reggaeton, R&B and rock and pop bands. The current agenda shows how it works: Remember Reggaeton XXL on Friday 16 October, Michenlo on Saturday 17 October, concerts by Nikone and Danny Romero the following weekend, the Halloween 2026 party on Saturday 31 October, techno DJ Héctor Oaks on Friday 6 November and DJ Nano on Saturday 21 November. Party nights usually start late, from midnight to 2:30, while concerts start earlier. Check each event's start time before booking dinner: a concert and a party night at Kaya can begin hours apart. Ages and conditions can vary by event.
Boxes: the best seat in the house
The standout feature is its 14 private boxes, which the venue sells with a bottle included and describes as the best view of the stage. For a concert or a big DJ night with a group, a box solves the usual problems: a fixed spot, a view of the stage and your drinks in one place. Prices change with each event. Send us a WhatsApp with the date and the size of the group and we will come back with the options. A box is also the most comfortable way to see a sold-out concert, when the floor is packed and moving around is hard. There are only 14, so the ones for the biggest dates go first: ask early if you have a night in mind.
Tickets and guest list
Each event at Kaya has its own tickets and some nights have guest lists. Big names and themed parties like Halloween tend to sell out early, so do not leave it to the day. Tickets are sold per event; for groups, boxes or a booking, message us on WhatsApp with the night. Guest lists normally come with conditions, such as a specific night or an arrival time, so tell us when you plan to get there. For concerts, a ticket is the way in. If you are a group, it is easier for one person to message us with everyone's details and sort it in one go.
Getting there
Kaya is at Avenida Nueva Montaña 2G, away from the bar zones of the centre. That changes the plan: most people have a drink in the centre or in Puertochico and then take a taxi, or go straight for a concert. With 1,000 people leaving at the same time, taxis can take a while at closing, so agree how you are getting home before you go in. If someone is driving, remember the night ends late and decide who drives before you start. Kaya also has a venue in Guadarrama, near Madrid, so when you look up an event online make sure you are on the Santander page and not the other one. Kaya is not on the usual walking route between bars, which is exactly why the plan needs a little thought.
