VIP Tables in Santander: Prices and How to Book
"How much is a table?" is the first thing people ask when they're organising a birthday or a group night. These three Santander clubs publish VIP prices or take table bookings: Kudéta, Sala Kaya and Pandora. Here's what each one charges, what you get and what to ask before paying. All prices are "from" figures and were checked on 11 October 2026.
Prices at a glance
| Club | What you book | From | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kudéta | Table in the VIP area or a reservado | €150 | Bottles; price varies by night and party |
| Sala Kaya | Private box (reservado) for 6 | €100–125 | 1 bottle, entry, priority access, cloakroom |
| Sala Kaya (Halloween 31 Oct) | Reservado | €125 | As above |
| Pandora | Table / VIP area | Ask us | Not published |
Kudéta: the VIP floor in Puertochico
Kudéta has two floors and its VIP areas are raised, overlooking the dance floor, which is what most groups want for a birthday. Bottles and tables in a reservado or the VIP area start at €150 according to DiscoMadrid, and the final price depends on the night and the party. On busy nights, tables are the first thing to go.

Sala Kaya: 14 boxes with a view of the stage
Sala Kaya has 14 private boxes, sold per event, with the best view of the stage. Each reservado is for six people and, according to the venue, includes a private space, entry for the group, priority access, a dedicated service, cloakroom and one bottle. On 11 October they were listed at €100 or €125, and Halloween reservados from €125. One of them, Hermes 1, even has its own toilet. Some were already sold for upcoming dates.
Do the maths: €100 to €125 split between six is roughly €17 to €21 each, with entry and a bottle included. For comparison, a Halloween ticket with two drinks at Kaya was €18 plus fees.
Pandora: tables in the centre
Pandora, on Calle López Dóriga 5, takes table and VIP-area bookings on its Friday and Saturday nights (23:30–04:30) and pitches itself around premium drinks. It doesn't publish table prices, so tell us the date and group size and we'll get you the figure.

How booking works at each club
At Kudéta, tables and reservados are sold online alongside tickets, and the price changes depending on the day and the party. Kaya sells each box for a specific event, so you first pick the night and then the box. Pandora takes bookings for its Friday and Saturday nights. In all three cases, the simplest way is to tell us the date and group, and we sort out the rest.
One thing that catches groups out: the door rules apply to everyone at the table. At Kaya, no under-18s and no tracksuits, shorts or football shirts. At Kudéta, DiscoMadrid notes that the door staff decide who gets in and asks for a smart appearance.
Table or tickets: the maths per person
| Option | Price | Per person (group of 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Kaya box (regular event) | €100–125 | €17–21, entry and a bottle included |
| Kaya Halloween ticket, 2 drinks (2nd tier) | €18 + fees | €18 + fees |
| Kudéta table / VIP area | From €150 | From €25 if six share it (ask how many it covers) |
| Kudéta advance ticket, 2 drinks | From €15 | From €15 |
Going by these figures, a table for a group of six works out close to buying tickets one by one, with the difference that you have your own space, priority entry and service all night.
When to book
As early as you can. Kaya sells its boxes event by event, and on 11 October some were already gone for upcoming dates. On big nights like Halloween, the cheapest ticket tier sold out weeks ahead.
Birthdays and groups: what to ask before you pay
- How many people the table covers and what each extra person costs.
- How many bottles are included and which brands; premium spirits usually cost more.
- Until what time you have to arrive to keep the table.
- Whether entry is included for the whole group (it is at Kaya) or paid separately.
- Dress code and minimum age for everyone in the group, not just the birthday person.
We handle all of that for you. Send us the date, the club, how many of you there are and your budget, and we'll come back with the available options before the night, so there are no surprises at the door.
